Sunnyhill Independence Living Campus

  • The Sunnyhill Independence Center (SIC), located in De Soto, MO, is an Assisted Living Facility (ALF) operated by Sunnyhill Inc., a nonprofit organization serving the community since 1978. The 18-acre campus sits in a quiet rural area of Jefferson County and provides plenty of open space and natural surroundings that support outdoor activities, recreation, and community involvement.

SIC includes three residential buildings, totaling about 11,800 square feet of living space. In addition to comfortable housing, the campus offers a cafeteria, a pond, a community garden, and a bocce ball court. These shared spaces give residents opportunities to enjoy recreation, build friendships, and participate in activities that support health and well-being.
