DSP of the Year Spotlight
Each year, Sunnyhill recognizes an outstanding Direct Support Professional (DSP) who goes above and beyond in supporting the individuals we serve. This recognition honors dedication, compassion, and excellence in person-centered support.
The DSP of the Year is celebrated at the Gateway Coalition DSP Conference in April. During the awards ceremony, the recipient is recognized publicly and honored with an award, appreciation gifts, and a reserved table with their family.

For over five years, Brandy has shown unwavering dedication to the people she supports at Sunnyhill. Her compassion, teamwork, and ability to bring encouragement on even the hardest days make her an outstanding example of what it means to be a DSP.
SEED Committee
The SEED Committee is made up of employees from across Sunnyhill. This group helps shape staff engagement initiatives, including employee events, DSP Week celebrations, and the annual health fair. The committee ensures staff voices help guide the employee experience.
