At Sunnyhill, our leadership team is united by a shared commitment to empowering individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities to live full, meaningful, and self-directed lives. This page introduces the people who help guide that work—from our Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team to our Senior Directors, Directors, and Assistant Directors.

What makes Sunnyhill’s leadership unique is the lived experience and dedication behind it. More than 70% of our leadership team began their careers as direct support professionals, bringing firsthand understanding of the people and families we serve. Additionally, many of our board members serve as natural supports, offering personal insight and deep passion for our mission.

At Sunnyhill, leadership reflects our vision: to light the path toward empowered living by investing in people, fostering growth, and creating a culture where careers flourish, inclusion thrives, and every individual has the opportunity to succeed.
