PRE-Independent Supported Living Assistance (PRE-ISLA)

The Pre-Independent Supported Living Assistance (Pre-ISLA) program supports individuals who live with family members or other natural supports but are working toward greater independence. The program focuses on skill development and community readiness, with the goal of moving into one’s own stable housing, such as an apartment. Once participants are ready, they may transition to ISLA supports. Sunnyhill prioritizes continuity of care during this process to ensure consistent, reliable support every step of the way.
