ARTventure Mobile Gallery at the 2026 Gateway Coalition DSP Conference

The ARTventure Mobile Gallery was featured at the 2026 Gateway Coalition Direct Support Professional (DSP) Conference, themed “Up, Up & Away! Elevating the DSP Profession.”

This year’s conference celebrated growth, momentum, and the meaningful impact Direct Support Professionals make in the lives of individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities. Within this inspiring environment, the ARTventure Mobile Gallery added a visual layer of storytelling that highlighted creativity, connection, and lived experience.

The installation showcased original artwork from ARTventure artists, including pieces by Paul, whose work reflects imagination, resilience, and a lifelong fascination with the stars. His story, along with the work of fellow artists, invited DSPs and leaders in the field to experience firsthand how creative expression supports confidence, communication, and personal growth.

As attendees moved through the exhibit, they were encouraged to reflect on the role of creativity and self-expression in building relationships and supporting person-centered care. The artwork served as a reminder that every individual has a story to tell—and a unique way of sharing it.
